Rollover / Wagering Requirements

• Placing opposing bets on the same match across multiple accounts is prohibited

Live Betting — Special Rules

• Odds may change during live betting due to internet latency — this is Shuvowinsis not responsible for
• All bets will be refunded if an event is cancelled
• If a match ends before its scheduled time, only bets that were completed up to that point will be counted

The following activities Shuvowins- is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule may result in account termination and balance forfeiture.

• Operating more than one account
• Registering using another person's identity
• Abusing the bonus system (bonus abuse)
• Exploiting technical errors to gain an unfair advantage
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes
• Using bots or automated software
• Attempting to predetermine match outcomes (match fixing)

Account Closure by Member

• Request a closure via support chat or email
• Withdraw all available balance before closing your account
• A closed account may be reopened upon request (except in cases of self-exclusion)

Account Closure by Shuvowins

• Accounts may be closed without notice if a rule violation is confirmed
• Balances may be forfeited in the event of a rule violation
• Inactive accounts (no activity for 12 months) may be archived

In the event of a dispute, Shuvowinscontact directly. We believe most issues can be resolved through open communication.

Dispute Resolution Steps

1. Step 1: Submit a complaint via support chat or email. An initial response will be provided within 48 hours.
2. Step Two: If the issue is not resolved through support, you may file a formal complaint by email. A detailed response will be provided within seven business days.
3. Step 3: If the issue remains unresolved after the first two steps, you may escalate it to the licensing authority.
